LEADERSHIP

Samuel P. Goodman

Was born in St. Michael, Bridgetown, Barbados and migrated to Canada in 1976.

His preparation for ministry began very early, as his dad was a pastor.
 
Pastor Sam took his first full time ministry position in 1995 as a Church Administrator in Phenix City, Alabama, Upon his return to Canada in 2000, he became the Home Cell & Care Pastor at The Life Centre Christian Fellowship in Ottawa.
 
He started Interface One,  formerly known as Covenant Word

Christian Fellowship, in Cambridge, Ontario in January 2004.
 
Pastor Sam has completed two years of ministry training with Supernatural

Ministries Training Institute under the leadership of Dr. Mark T. Barclay. He has

also completed three years of further training at Ottawa School of the Bible.

He is ordained with Open Bible Faith Fellowship.

Noelene C. Goodman

Was born in San Juan, Trinidad & Tobago. She migrated to Canada in August

1973 and married Samuel Goodman on July 1, 1977. Pastor Noelene grew up in the church and as a result, had the opportunity to serve in different aspects of ministry. 

​

She has worked as a cell group leader, Executive School Administrator, and an elementary school teacher. She also served on a School Board of Administration. Her missions work included coordinating and participating in missions trips to many different countries.

Pastor Noelene was involved in Women’s Aglow in a leadership capacity and this role was the foundation for her burning desire to minister to women from every spectrum of the globe.

She is an anointed and gifted teacher of the Word, and serves with her husband, Pastor Sam, and is also a graduate of Ottawa School of the Bible and is ordained with Open Bible Faith Fellowship.

Our Pastors who have been married for over 40 years, have two amazing daughters. Their older daughter Crystal-Gayle and her husband pastor a church in Los Angeles, California. They have two children, Giavana and Dominico, who make our pastors proud to be grandparents.  Ashley, their younger daughter serves in the ministry alongside her parents.
